Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Amandeep Singh ("I", "me", or "my"). By hiring me for API Approval, SaaS Setup, or any other technical service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

I provide technical assistance for obtaining API permissions (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, etc.) and setting up SaaS scripts. While I use my expertise to ensure compliance with platform policies, the final decision lies with the respective platform (e.g., Meta or Google).

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and app.
• Grant necessary access (Developer/Admin roles) to perform the setup.
• Respond to queries or provide documents required for verification in a timely manner.

3. Payments & Refunds

100% Money-Back Guarantee: I offer a full refund if I fail to get your app approved due to a technical error on my part.

However, refunds are not applicable if:

• You change your mind after the work has started.
• Your app is rejected due to a violation of platform policies (e.g., prohibited content) that you did not disclose.
• You fail to provide the necessary documents for Business Verification.

4. Limitation of Liability

I am not affiliated with Meta, Google, or any other platform. I act as a technical consultant. I am not liable for:

• Any policy changes made by platforms after the approval is granted.
• Suspension of your accounts due to your own future actions or violations.

5. Support Period

All services come with 7 days of free post-completion support. Any issues reported after this period may be subject to a new service fee.
